Did nothing for me. Turned a little brown with my sweat, but it also turned a little brown when I poured water on it too.
Strangely enough, I was able to sleep much better as one of its claims. I will continue using the patches and see if the effects that I feel will continue. What really impressed me with the use of this patch was not the discoloration you see after use (I read somewhere that it was a scam) but the effect it had on me after use. Also, I started my day refreshed and more energized.
Yes the patches are black after wearing them for 8 hours but I wore these for a total of 10 days and never once did I get a clear patch and I didn't feel any different either.
I never would have tried them but a friend of mine highly recommended this product to me so I gave it a shot. All I care about is if I feel any better after using them. I felt a little more energized than usual. I personally don't care if they detox me or if they really remove toxins out of my body. They do for me and I have no regrets. The answer to that is a resounding YES.
Placebo or not, it WORKS.So for you all out there, I really don't know if they will work for you or not. As to whether the detox patches are a scam or not, here is my personal opinion. I don't care if the pads test positive for heavy metals after use or not. When I used it the first time, I had a good sound sleep just as it claim it would.
Stayed the same color the whole time, turned brown wherever my feet perspired. You may be tempted to try them but save your money, they do NOTHING. I can't believe i fell for the advertising ploy. whatta joke. These pads did nothing for me. Save your money. I placed one in a shallow dish of water and low and behold they turned brown, must be all the toxins being pulled out of the water. I wore them every day until the box was empty and i felt no difference.
